Adjust clips without using iMovie/FCP, etc...

Is there a way or an app that allows you to simply open up a clip, make adjustments, and then save it back? Think of it like photoshop, but for movie clips.

It's too much of a production to try and do with iMovie, creating a project, exporting and all that.

I simply have about 30 video clips that I just need to apply brightness and contrast to, save them back and then just email them along. I don't need to make a whole movie.

Any direction or App store ideas is super appreciated.
