I am constantly getting this warning "flash player (javaapplicationstub internet plug-in) quit unexpectedly". What do I do? If you can post step by step as I am new to macs and am pretty useless with computers in general.

I'm getting the same thing. Running OS X 10.7.5 on a MacBook 2006. No matter how many times I hit the OK button it continue to pop up.
