When is iCould could support Windows10, I cannot use outlook sync my iCould's Mail, Calendar, Contact and Tasks after upgrade my Laptop's OS from Windows 8.1 to 10.
These are user to user forums. Nobody here would know when Windows 10 will be supported.

For sync problem between outlook 2013 and iCould
Remove all historical data (data and iCould account) in outlook and re-run the installation file to repair iCloud (v4.1), then re-configure iCould for outlook. The problem is resolved, task and mail can be synced between iCould and outlook.
Surprise! iCloud and the Outlook plugin DO support Win 10! If you install Win 10 and discover like I did that the iCloud in Outlook is no longer functional, then simply uninstall iTunes,Apple software Upate, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour!, Apple Application Support (32 and 64 Bit) and iCloud in this order from Programs and Features in the contoll panel. Next step is to replace iTunes and the iClous and you should be good to go!
I should memtion that I use Outlook 2007 with the Business Contact Manager.
