Q: Apple TV Connection Problems

I have a 3rd generation Apple TV and recently has stopped connecting to the internet. I have tested my airport express and this is working fine. I have restarted the Apple TV, restored to factory setting, manually configured the settings but nothing seems to work. It see the network and the signal is strong but cannot seem to connect. Has anyone else had the same problem?
