Q: Copy iBooks PDF files from iPad Air to MacBook Air
I currently have my iPad syncing through the iTunes library on my old late 2006 iMac which is stuck back in OS X Lion (10.7.5), and which doesn't support iBooks. Therefore, all the PDFs I've stored in iBooks on my iPad have just sat there. I recently got a MacBook Air, but when I try to sync the iPad with it, it tells me that everything on the iPad will be deleted and replaced by the stuff in the iTunes library on the MacBook. Since iBooks on the MacBook has no PDFs stored in it, this means that all the PFD files on the iPad will disappear!
Therefore, I need to copy all of the PDF files on the iPad over to iBooks on the MacBook before I begin to use the iTunes library on the MacBook to sync through iCloud. I've only been able to figure out how to do this one-at-a-time using email, which is real labor intensive with a lot of files. Does anybody know of a handy-dandy way to do this in a batch. IBooks doesn't have a "select all" function. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
