have acer iconia 7 one 750. my ipad broke cant afford to fix yet so using this silly tablet. my ex has puter that my itunes and data pics etc. cant sync. pucs cant b replaced. please help

have acer iconia 7 one 750. my ipad broke cant afford to fix yet so using this silly tablet. my ex has puter that my itunes and data pics etc. cant sync. pics cant b replaced. Is there as way I can get all my data using the acer???? I'm not very good w iPads or travelers so not sure if even writing this properly! Thanks everyone
