iCloud issues
I cannot access my iCloud through my iPhone. Is there another way that I can access it other than the iCloud.com using my iPhone?

iCloud.com
You can from a device, follow the steps below
iCloud.com from an iOS device
Easy as "Request Desktop Site"
1 On the iOS device got to "iCloud.com"
2 Tap in the address bar
3 Swipe down at the center of the screen
4 Tap "Request Desktop Site"
