Q: How do you remove duplicate films from iPad
for some extraordinary reason on my iPad under the films purchased there are 7 icons of the smurf film (all with the cloud symbol on them). I'm desperate to remove the unwanted icons how do I do that can anyone help me.
obvouisly I know I can't remove the film and wouldn't like to as y daughter watches it,

It sounds like you are seeing multiple of the same purchase in your Videos app on your iPad. I would start by quitting the Videos app:
1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
Then sign out of the iTunes and App Stores in your Settings.
Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
iTunes, iBooks, and App Store
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID. If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.
- Tap Sign Out.
Then restart your iPad, sign back in and try again. That should fix the issue.
