i just got vsnow leopard disk from you guys and it wont install my os hard drive is locked and i cant get it open

Sounds like your machine is too need to install Snow Leopard.
It would be helpful if you indicated the EXACT model/year MBP that you have.
When you say 'you guys', be advised we are all users here, just like you. and NOT Apple employees.

If you are running 10.9 as your profile shows, you can't install Snow Leopard without erasing the hard drive.
