mac won't start-up - turn on, no noise, no lights, no nothing !

Screen initially froze and nothing could change it, i forced a shut down and now will just not turn on nothing. it has been 2 days now and still nothing. have change power sockets, held power button for 10 sec and then pressed again... still nothing.... any help anyone please, computer only 2-3yrs old
