How to reset the apple watch and to do the pairing again?

Unpair the "pair again > Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone

I wanted to unpair my watch, so I did it with my iphone! But it didnt upnair successfuly!! Now i dont have my watch on iphone , but watch isn't unpaired and i have this message: apple watch couldn't reach your iphone!!! What can i do now??

consider the fact that i haven't my watch on my iphone to unpair!!

is there any way to unpair by the watch not bye the iphone?

Yes you can: Apps > Settings > General > Reset.

I would be sure to do a encrypted backup of the phone before resetting and restoring the watch so all your activity data would be saved.
