Apple Mail with Yosemite

, We have like 15 emails accounts configures, but only 5 active so it doesn´t get blocked the app. The thing is that it ussually from some accounts it doesn´t send the emails and it sends it to the Outbox. The configuration is ok and the same in every account so i cannot understand what is happening. Can anyone help me? They are IMAP accounts.

I have tried the connection doctor, and says that everything is fine. All circles in green, servers connected and no errors. That´s why i´m confused and it´s awkward that it sends the email to the outbox. I don´t know if it´s because of Yosemite or maybe because the Mailbox is to big and it´s creating problems, but in other Mac´s we don´t have that problem.
