I have downloaded and saved video music films from iSkysoft iTube studio but can't seem to be able to import it into iTunes without getting another piece of iSkysoft software. Is there an easier and cheaper way to do this?

Try changing the file name extension to .m4v If that does not work then there is probably some codec (encoding component) that iTunes does not like and will need re-coding.
As a general encoder Handbrake is probably one of the best out there (and s free) but I don't know if it meets your application.
Sorry about the delay in responding. Did change to .m4v but that didn’t work but for some reason, iTunes imported the files as .mp4
Is the problem now resolved?
