Third party iOS 8 crash - I did not find this solution until after I called a restore on iPad now the alert and website show in safari when screen is dragged up but I cannot remove get them to delete or close because no longer available.

I received the third party alert (scam) in safari on my iPad (iOS 8.4) but did not find the solution listed here until after I did a full restore. Now when I use safari both the alert and the website I was on appear under iCloud For my iPad. Since I can no longer follow the solutions indicated in various responses and close these tabs does someone have a suggestion on how to fix my problem.

Thank you.

Not entirely sure what you mean by 'appear under iCloud For my iPad', but if the message is showing on Safari then try :

- clear Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear History And Website Data

- close Safari via the iPad's taskbar : Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support

- do a soft-reset (i.e. a reboot) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear

If it reappears when you re-open Safari then do you have access to a second network that you could try on in case it's a problem with your router : http://www.thesafemac.com/how-to-manage-a-hacked-wireless-router/ ?
