My email that I use for my apple id has been hacked, so I have to delete everything. And I live in a country, where we don't have apple support. I live in the Faroe Islands. And I dont have money to phone out of the country.

It may not be the end of the world... just change your Primary email address and abandon the use of the compromised one entirely (any other sites - do the same)
