Apple USB Mouse not working (right click) on MacBook Pro Retina Notebook

I have a USB Apple Mouse that worked on my MacBook Air where I could right click without having to click "CTRL" and then click. I have a new MacBook Pro 13-inch Retina Notebook and transferred the files and settings across on one user and if logged in as that it works, but I set up a new user and when log in on that my USB mouse will only right click effects if I do the "CTRL" and then click. I looked at mouse settings and can see no difference. It is driving me crazy. I have looked on here and googled but cannot out find a solution. I know the mouse can do it as can do it even not he same MacBook when logged in as another user... HELP!

Solved it! In the System Preferences on mouse on the right hand side if set to "secondary" then the right click works!
