Aug 12, 2015 1:00 PM in response to 01halostangby anypats,When in Artist view, click the icon/picture/album art to the left of the artist's name to start playing a song. Click the mini player below and make sure that shuffle is toggled on.

Aug 12, 2015 5:04 PM in response to anypatsby Everest88,I tried that. It only shuffles the songs in that album. How do I get it to shuffle ALL the songs I have for that artist across multiple albums?

This is incorrect. If you are in Artist view and click the picture to the left and then click the mini player to verify shuffle is on it WILL shuffle all songs by the artist. You can verify by clicking the Up Next and you will see songs from all their different albums in random order. I have tested this with many different artists on both 8.4 and 9.0 beta.
If it is only shuffling an album you are either in Album view or you are clicking the artist and selecting an album first. When you have a list of all the artists click the picture of the artist to the left of their name and the method will work. Let me know if you still can't get it and I'll do some screen shots tomorrow.
