Getting error code 42408 when syncing

When trying to sync my 4th generation ipod touch (that I just restored the settings on) to my iTunes (which I just updated) I got the error message "An unknown error has occurred (-42408)" I have never had this problem before. I actually restored the ipod because this error happened, restoring the ipod didn't help. Help!
