Q: Is it possible to add insurance to Apple iPad Mini 3?

Hello. I have an Apple iPad mini 3 that I purchased at a local Best Buy store four months ago. At the time of purchase, I did not purchase any insurance or other protection for my device. Is it possible for me to add insurance and/or protection for my Apple product? If so, how would I go about doing that? Is this something that can onky be done when you buy an Apple product?

AppleCare+ must be bought within 60 days of the device; your iPad no longer qualifies, unless you're in a country where Apple still offers regular AppleCare for it.

Third-party insurance may cover it. Check your existing policies or contact an insurer.

Your iPad comes with a one year limited warranty automatically.

Make an appoint with Apple genius bar and ask if you can buy Apple Care or Apple Care +.
In any case they need to see your device.
Apple do not offer insurance.
