Icloud Back-ups

So i factory reset my Iphone no big deal...

However when I go on my phone to Icloud and Back-up it says the resent on was yesterday etc. Date etc. time.

but on itunes it says that my iphone as never been backed up before and i wanna restore from that recent backup how would i do that?

You cannot restore an iCloud backup via iTunes. You would need to restore from iCloud. To do that, you have to follow the instructions below from this support document. If you need help restoring from an iCloud backup - Apple Support

The only way to restore from an iCloud backup is through the Setup Assistant. To get to the Setup Assistant on a device you already set up, you'll need to erase all the content on your device and set it up again:

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Then follow the steps in the Setup Assistant to set up your device using an iCloud backup.
