Since I've updated to iOS 8.4 my gps has went to crap. It always says its trying to find me and when it does its not where I am currently at. I've already done the whole turn off/on location off/on and reset network settings. Nothing helped. It worked perfectly prior to that update.

No sir. No head way yet. Ive tried all the GPS/network resets and nothing worked.
I've got an iPhone 6 and I'm having the same issue. Maps, Weather, Dark Sky, Inrix Traffic, Waze all having trouble locating me. I restart the phone and it works fine for a while then stops.
Definitely sounds like a software issue. Hopefully Apple will patch whatever 8.4 broke. Ive been reading about this particular issue and it seems like we're definitely not alone. none of the fixes work for me though. Ill probably just wait it out.
My iPhone 5C's GPS isn't working correctly since 8.4 update.
