My Apple ID is disabled, what can i do?

I dont really know what is the cause, but wanna know how to rectify this issue of a thing

In what way is the account disabled? DO you get a message that it has been disabled for security reasons? Then

you need to give Apple Support a call - only they will be able to help you. See this webpage on how to contact Apple Support in your country: There are either telephone numbers given or an email form:

Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Explain, that you need help with an account security problem.



If it is problem of a forgotten password that needs resetting:

  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Select “Manage your Apple ID” and sign in.
  3. Select “Password and Security” on the left side of the page and follow instructions.
