Restart iPhone: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears; Drag the slider to turn your iPhone off; When it has finished turning off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Force restart iPhone: press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

Aug 13, 2015 1:06 AM in response to Xousaby Jonathan UK,Hi
Try unpairing and re-pairing your iPhone and Apple Watch, choosing to restore your Apple Watch from backup (when offered the option by the iPhone Apple Watch app) during set up. Re-pairing is straightforward and will retain most* of your data and settings.

* Not included in the restore: calibration data (from Workout and Activity apps), synced playlists, cards used for Apple Pay on your watch, watch passcode.
