If you are asking Pages as a software, then ckuan has already answered you.
But if you have already created Pages document, and you want to use it with MS Word,
then you can download it as "Word" file...
Have a look at the following screenshot:
Click on the "View Pages tools" icon and then click on "Download a Copy".
And then you can use format as "Word"
