PROBLEMS SOLVED!!!
Has the same problems. Before the messagge" applessd.sys etc.etc.", deleted the applessd.sys but non solve the problem becaus "Im having the same KB/Mouse issues. After removing the AppleSSD.sys files, I was able to get through most of the installation (with Wireless USB KB & Mouse working just fine). After restarting and getting to the Set Up Windows screen, to enter Username & Computer name Mouse and KB no longer work. I tried unplugging and replugging in to the back of my computer (27" iMac - 5k Retina mid 2015) but no changes"
I am using 27" iMac - 5k Retina and installing Windows 7 Professional. I bought product key and have tried to install it for days.
SUCCESS AT LAST!! Here's what you need: Windows 7 image, a USB 2.0 flash drive , and the Boot Camp drivers 5.1.5769 that i find in this link: Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5769 . They are hardware specific and available for download somewhere on the Apple Site. Here's what I did:
Now the windows recognized my keyboard and mouse. The installation successufly. Perfect!
I hope this help will resolve your problem

how can we enter the boot menu?
By pressing F8 after choosing windows in the boot option screen?
I tried restarting from the attempted windows install but since the install isn't complete it doesn't help. Then I tried repair & restart but it couldn't read my usb install disk
Never give up. Lets find the solution together!
I tried that but couldn't dig up the file.
I think it comes from the bootcamp drivers, not the iso, so that age of the iso doesn't matter. We just need a bootable usb from before yesterday....
Windows 8 worked like a charm from start to finish.
Doesn't help the 7 problem though....
Could we pilfer the appleSSD.sys file from the windows 8 bootable?
Maybe we just have to install windows 8.
Maybe what we need to do is roll back to an old version of bootcamp. It's apple's drivers causing the problem, not windows' install disk
You can try using the Apple folder under Bootcamp, but using Bootcamp.msi will also give you older BC drivers.
You can find a Mac on Mavericks and and try to download the BC drivers and check versions.
Same issue here glad I found this thread. Trying to 7pro a fusion mac mini. thought the problem was related to my splitting of the fusion. unfortunately apple has not stepped in yet
same problem to me. Win 7 x64 won't work on my macbook pro retina 15. Disabling signature verification is not work too. How to be notified on progress of this problem?
Can anybody show how to delete .sys files, OS X doesn't want it!?
Found a applessd.sys from earlier Bootcamp 5.0.xxxx, but only 1 hour earlier date.
I can't change it for testing.
So it is apple's problem on having an update for bootcamp which leads to the incompatibility of bootcamp with window 7?
I'm having a 15' macbook pro retina (mid 2014)
It won't helps at all but they must follow this procedure like a checklist before sending reports to engineers.
@Loner T
Nope could not find the driver under the apple folder.
