I go to mylifetime/activate and click on Directv, put in all account information and I get "System Error - Identity Manager". I know all the
information is correct because I can sign into Directv just fine on their website.

Try restarting the Apple TV and network router.

None of the Apple Apps that require a Provider to sign in are working ....They all say "System Error - Identity Manager" after trying in log in.
My provider is Directv, I already called them. My user name and password are correct. I have used log in information many times with no problems till now.
Apps are not working on iPhone 6 or Apple TV....The apps I tried are ABC, ESPN, Liftetime.
I am having the same issue. I have apple tv and Ipad ... Called Direct TV also and it's not them. I can sign in fine, all passwords are correct. It does not help holding buttons, restarting router etc. SYFY is the particular channel App that I am having issues with
