Q: new MacBook Pro - fan running nonstop

I have a 3-week old 15' MacBook Pro w/ Retina display. As of yesterday when I turn it on, the fan starts running and never stops. The keyboard is also very warm. Anyone else have this problem? It happens no matter what programs (or none) I have running. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up taking it to an Apple store. It was a hardware issue.
