Q: iOS 8.4.1

Apple has just released iOS 8.4.1 So far it looks like it's mostly Music fixes. No problem with upgrading on my end from 8.4.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

It includes a number of security patches as well - About the security content of iOS 8.4.1 - Apple Support
