YouTube does not play videos in 1080p60

Whenever I click on a video, I usually check the settings on the video to make sure I'm watching the video in its highest quality. Every quality works fine hiwever, if there's an option for 1080p60 and I tap on that option, the video will say 'Playback error, tap to retry' so I can only watch the video in 720p60. However, this error does not occur on videos which have not been processed into 60 Frames so a video with the option '1080p' will work fine. I do not understand why ayouTube doesn't allow me to watch videos in 1080p and 60 Frames but is fine with just 1080p or 720p & 60 Frames. Device: iPad 4, iOS: 8.4

Thank you
