Q: Remote desktop, local screen security issue

Apple Remote Desktop allows interaction and viewing of the local system when a remote user is accessing the system.   This seems like a blatant security and confidentiality issue, especially in a shared office.

I've looked through the documentation, but I'm not finding a place where I can tune this behavior -- it's possible I've missed it.

Can someone comment on whether this behavior can be tuned, or turned off?

My expectation is that if I'm remotely accessing my system via ARD, the actual physical system should be locked (ie: a password screen) or however one has configured it.

Thanks.
