Aug 13, 2015 3:21 PM in response to Joris Sewandonoby Gartuga,You can rename it by changing the primary email address if its not an icloud account.
So if its not an icloud account simply rename it to a random/fake email.
Then create a new one with that email address you originally used for this one.
If its an icloud email (whatever@icloud.com) it can't be changed so you'll have to create a new one with a diferent email.
To rename an account on the right side of your primary email address simply press "edit" on appleid.apple.com

Apple TVYou can't delete an ID, nor can you remove an ID for someone under 13 from family sharing unless it's transferred to another, but you can create another one.

Aug 13, 2015 3:30 PM in response to Winston Churchillby Joris Sewandono,This is not acceptable.
So I can't edit the birthdate nor change the name nor delete and recreate a new account for her?
And now I'm stuck for 13 years with a ghost account?? This is not acceptable, there needs to be a solution for this!?
(Steve Jobs just rolled over in his grave and sold his last share of Apple ... )

You can't change the DOB or delete it, but you can create another account for her.

Nov 3, 2015 10:30 AM in response to Joris Sewandonoby Tommy Tuck€r,I agree, this is just so annoying. I have four children and the maximum number of people in an 'apple family' is six. My daughter's DOB was entered incorrectly, using the 'spinner' on an iPhone and submitted before the error was noted. My youngest doesn't have/need an account yet, but will do soon.
Now we cannot
(a) ignore it and create another account (we will have run out of spaces!)
(b) delete it, this is NOT possible
(c) move her out the family (unless I can convince someone else to take her on...!)
(d) change the DoB.
Come on Apple, what can I do!? Can I change her name to my youngest instead, so he will be a little older instead of her be younger?
