Pairing Apple TV with Apple Wireless Keyboard
My Apple TV no longer connects to or discovers my Apple Wireless Keyboard. My macbook discovers it and offers to pair with it, but the Apple TV does not.

I see where you are having pairing issues between your AppleTV and your wireless keyboard. Take a look at this article, it provides the steps to pair as well as troubleshooting. I would suggest starting with unpairing and pairing of the keyboard.
