So basically, I'm trying to figure out if I can send images and videos to iCloud then retrieve high-quality ones later. All over the internet is a "not getting high quality" issue, but that was beta, or people not using the sdk.
Right now, it seems iCloud is storing full 1920 videos with full frames, and I just realized the "conflicting FAQ" was actually saying "720p" for the Shared area, but the general iCloud FAQ does not say any limits past your storage that you pay to Apple for.
For now, I will assume that we get full resolution, so long as we do not explicitly "share".
