When I plug my iphone 6 into my computer, it appears as "Guest's Iphone" and the songs I downloaded onto there, won't go into my previous playlist called "Holly's Songs", which has all my songs from before. I use to be able to drag and sync. Thanks!
My dad updated our computer, forcing me to download the new itunes. It wont appear on the playlist called "Holly's Songs", after I drug the songs from guest iphones music to the playlist I want. I use to be able to download the songs and drag them to my playlist and click sync. Now the sync button is unavailable and I can't get the songs to go where I want. Please help!
