I am having a problem with my cloud i recently purcased an iphone in which i restored i but it keeps asking for an apple id which i dont have please help

I recently bought a 5s in which I restored it wiped it clean but unfortunately it keeps asking for icloud info which I don't have and I have no way of getting to the person so pretty much I wasted my money. I need some help how can I get rid of this
