You can't transfer apps from an iOS device to a new computer. But you can download these apps from Purchases in iTunes.

You don't transfer them from the iOS device. On the Mac, go to iTunes on the Mac and sign in with the Apple ID that was used to purchase the Apps. Make sure the Mac is Authorized for that Apple ID, then click on the App Store icon, and then under Quick Links, click on Purchased.

Once you are on the Purchased screen, click on either iPhone or iPad, and then on "Not in My Library" to display all of the Apps that are not in your Mac's iTunes Library.

You can then selectively click on the cloud showing in the upper right-hand corner of each app to download selectively, or you can click on Download All at the bottom of the screen to download them to your Mac iTunes Library.

    Cheers,
