Hi, can you help I cant download iTunes using the new windows 10 on my hp pavilion g any help would be appreciated thank you

Why not? What happens when you try?
i have the same problem. I get a "The iTunes library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have permission for this file."
I have removed, and reloaded ITunes, I try and run as admin. and the same pop up greets me. Nothing but this pop up happens ever since
I downloaded windows 10.
I cant download itunes using the new windows 10 any help you can give me would be appreciated
