Playing iCloud drive music from an iOS device?

If I buy more iCloud Drive storage, upload all my iTunes stored music (Mac), will I be able to play the iCloud drive stored music from an iOS device (iPhone 6 and iPad 2) using Apple's Music app? I don't care for Apple Music because it messes with playlists and music not purchased from iTunes.
