theres screen open when i turned my macbook pro on that screen start downloading update and called too download update but what update or what is that exactly and that start happening from few days every time i turned my mac on

i did restart twice for the mac and after that didn't appear again

If you go to your download folder is it listed there? If so what is listed if your right click and select Get Info?
theres nth in the download folder and i try to know the info but i couldn't too 😕
