Q: I burned a dvd and on the tv it only covers 1/4 of the tv screen

How do I get a dvd burned using Onestep IDVD to cover my tv screen?

macmini, Mac OS X (10.3.9)

    Are you really running the ancient OS Panther 10.3.9??

     

    Wha versions of iMovie and iDVD are you running?

    Also what type of media are you using?  If video what is the format and pixel dimensions?

    This is Ing  ...  I am using osx 10.9.5  IMovie 10.0.5     I was told since I copied from my IPhone I did not use the horizontal format it cannot be copied to cover my tv screen.  I am so mixed up.  please help.

    That's what happens if you shot the video in the portrait mode with the iPhone. There's nothing you can do to get it to fill the entire width of the screen when encoded into a video DVD.  That's why I use always shoot with the iPhone in landscape orientation and use this iPhone app: Horizon
