I can not authorize my pc after upgrading to windows 10

after loading windows 10, I can not authorize my PC

it keeps kicking me out to the download page.

I have removed Itunes, apple software update, apple mobile deices, Bonjour and all apple applications support and reloaded with the latest and greatest today and it still does the same
