Q: I bought an Iphone 6, but I didn´t get my ticket

I bought an Iphone 6 at Dadeland Mall and the salesman told me that I would receive the ticket in my mail, but I didn´t.

    What are you referring to when you say you will receive a ticket? Are you referring to the sales receipt? That should be emailed to the email address registered to your Apple ID, if that was used in your purchase. If that did not happen, then you can contact the store and ask.
