Can a 15" macbook pro handle premiere pro?

I like to use Premiere Pro to edit video as well as using other programs in the Adobe Suite including Photoshop and After Effects all at the same time. Would the 15" macbook pro with 2.8Ghz quad-core intel core i7, 1TB flash storage and Intel Iris Pro Graphics + AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2GB GDDR5 memory be enough to handle running all of these programs at the same time? I would really like to have something mobile than be tied to a desk. What would you recommend if not this? Thank you! 🙂
