Ipod erase issues

Ok so i jailbroke my ipod like a month ago and now i want to remove it and update to the latest ios. I went to settings>reset and tapped erase all content and settings.(i have a backup on my pc) And now it's stuck on the screen with the apple logo and the loading bar, like the screen you see when you install a new update.. It hasn't loaded at all for 30 minutes.. I( tried to restart it, but it just returned to the loading bar screen. Any help?
