    Hi Lawpakgo,

I understand you created a file in Numbers, but am unsure from your question if the original file was created on your iPad, on your Mac, or at icloud.com.  What version of Numbers are you working with on your Mac and on your iPad?  Are you using Documents in the Cloud or the new iCloud Drive?  If the file was originally saved on your iPad, do you have iCloud or iTunes backup of your device?

The resource  below will provide some general information for you.  If you are able to reply to this thread perhaps we can delve a little more into this issue for you.

If you need to access a file that you deleted within the last 30 days, you can recover it from iCloud.com:

    1. Sign in to iCloud.com.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Under Advanced, click Restore Files.
    4. Browse the list of files in the Restore Files window.

Files will be removed from Restore Files in 30 days.
