install Mac OS Tiger on Dell Laptop

I have a Dell INSPIRON 640m, what I want to ask about is the following:
Can I install a MAC software (Mac OS X 10.4.6) on this laptop or not?
Thanks for your support.

Not only is it not licensed for use on non-Apple computers, OS X is not hardware compatible with your computer.

There are hacks that enable installation of older versions of OS X, but because doing so violates Apple's licensing and because this is Apple's site it would be inappropriate for anyone to assist you because then we would be violating the license agreement and this site's Terms of Use.

Not only is it not licensed for use on non-Apple computers and not hardware compatible with your computer, those hacked version of OS X simply do not work. They may install, but will not fully support your video card, your wireless connection, and a slew of other components.

I have yet to see anyone get OS X running on a non-Mac machine without horrendous problems that invariably left it unusable.

If you do not own a Mac, you will never know the joys of using OS X compared to the atrocious Windows OS.
