Q: Ejecting my Ipod-Nano leves Itunes "hung". This is with the lates download.

After installing the latest version onto my IPOD-Nano. I can not eject it from ITUNES. I am using windows XP.

How can I reload a previous version of the IPOD-Nano software?

    Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.  

     

    I understand that you are unable to eject your iPod nano in iTunes.  Here are the steps that I would recommend going through when experiencing this issue.  

     

    Windows

    1. Windows XP and Windows 2000: Double-click My Computer.
      Windows Vista: From the Start menu, click Computer.
    2. Right-click the iPod icon.
    3. From the shortcut menu, choose Eject.
