Trouble syncing music to iPhone 6 plus iOS 8.4.1

on iTunes got 8.2GB of music. iPhone 6 plus 64GB used 34GB. iOS 8.4.1

when I try to sync music to my iPhone it only syncs 4.1gb of my music to my phone but when it finished syncimg I checked iPhone it only sync 4.1gb and some of the music won't play cause the are faded and when I play a full album the songs that are faded are skipped

please help

ive tryed turning off

show Apple music

settings>music

and

icloud music library

settings>music

when I try and sync music to iPhone

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I have done all of it on the website except restoring phone to factory settings wich I'm going to try the now

Here is how just in case. I recommend you import or copies your photos first as some have reported losses.

Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Restored my iphone to factory settings and it worked got all 8.2gb of music on phone
