Q: I hear there is a new security update but I can't access it

So I am reading as of a few days ago, a security update has been released for Mountain Lion, but it is not showing up in Software Update on my computer and I have not been able to find a link to download it.

Does somebody have a link - or has apple not posted one yet?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
