As the title says my iphone is on english but my apps are (sometimes) on german 😟
some of my apps like (spotify shazam ect...) how do i change this ? my game center is also on german which ***** 😟 i haven't found any solutions yet so if anyone could help that would be awesome! 🙂

Sounds like you're signed into the German iTunes/App Store:
Settings > App and iTunes Stores > tap ID > View Apple ID > enter password > Country/Region > check that this is correct.
You may have to delete and re-download those apps once corrected

That can only mean that those particular apps were purchased under a different iTunes account set for a German speaking location, or the phone was activated by another owner from such an area.
What is the history of this iPhone?
Just to be sure of your settings:
Settings > General > Language & Region > iPhone Language > ?, Region >?
It's set to the right thing :c anything else?
